Bruce Gregory -Lead Vocals/Keys

Freddy sometimes affectionately introduces Bruce, "as the sex symbol of the band". Bruce holds down the keyboard spot. He has a BA in Music from Binghamton University and he's a veteran performer of over 30 years starting in the stage band in high school and playing throughout the Northeast in 2 bands in the late 1970s - the funk show band "Visions", and the rock show band "August". He's played the gamut from nightclubs in the Poconos, to rock clubs from Massachusetts to Tennessee, to opening for recording artists such as Starbuck, to jazz concerts sponsored by the world renowned jazz bassist Slam Stewart. He has also given his keyboard expertise to the very popular regional groups "The Randy McStine Band" and "Brethren of Funk". Bruce has become a very valuable member of the band and has become an integral part in the success of Rooster & the Roadhouse Horns. We are lucky to have him.

Paul Knapik - Lead Vocals/Lead Guitar

Paul can do it all. His high energy rhythm guitar work is surpassed only by his jaw-dropping leads. Paul's influences include Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Jimi Hendrix and Roy Buchanan (one of his teachers). He has studied in New York, Nashville and Washington, D.C.. Paul's trademark style is a wonderful blend of these influences (blues, R&B, funk, soul, Latin). Paul has been called upon on numerous occasions to add his virtuoso guitar mastery to various recording sessions in the New York area. In addition he has written and produced his own material in the studio, from conception to horn arrangements to final mixdown. The combination of Paul's passion, technical ability and playing experience (over 40 years!) creates musical expression that you will not soon forget and makes him a truly extraordinary musician, performer, and teacher (see below). Paul is a full time guitar teacher and owns "Paul Knapik's School of Guitar".
